Here are several options that we offer:

Customer Pick-Up
We will confirm your pick up date the week before your order is ready. Our pick up days and times are Mondays, Noon-4:00, and Tuesdays, 9:00-4:00. Boxes need to be requested at least 24 hours in advance. If picking up on a Monday, boxes will need to be requested by the previous Friday. Same day box request will incur a $50 fee.
Risk of loss and damage during shipping:
All shipments are F.O.B. Banner Greenhouses facility. Purchaser assumes risk of damage or loss after carrier pick-up; for FedEx, UPS or independent LTL carriers. Banner will assist in replacing damaged product during shipping, if replacements are available. However Banner Greenhouses are in no way responsible for losses incurred when products are in possession of transportation providers other than Banner vehicles.

UPS or FedEx
An estimated cost for these services is given when placing your order. 4-6 trays per case. 2 – 3 day transit time. Costs vary and are determined by the delivery zip code. We offer FedEx Air (Express Saver), FedEx Ground, and UPS Ground.
Why use Air Freight Services?
Air Services receive the least amount of handling. Less handling increases the chance that the boxes will arrive safely to their destination. Air Freight Services increases your freight cost but have the lowest risk of damage.
Can you choose Ground Services?
Yes, however, Ground Services travel by truck with multiple handling points. Ground Services are a lower cost freight option, but there may be a higher risk of damage due to increased handling.
You assume all risk and liability for loss, damage, or destruction after delivery of the merchandise to the third party carrier (e.g. UPS or FedEx). We will gladly facilitate all claims for you, however, please note that FedEx and UPS Ground policies do not cover perishable products.

LTL Pallet
This is a flat rate pallet option that can hold 30 to 96 trays. Pricing is based on your location, order quantity, and weight. Pricing can be quoted at order confirmation. The advantage of this option is that the trays remain in a fixed position, reducing handling and preventing possible damage during the shipping process. If you do not have a forklift or dock to unload the pallet, a liftgate truck will set the pallet on the ground for you.
