Claims Policy

ALL CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED TO OUR OFFICE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT. LATE CLAIM SUBMISSIONS WILL BE DENIED.

Photos are required for all claims. Pictures are required to verify the extent and cause of issues. Claims submitted without pictures may be denied.

Shipping Damage Claims
Email pictures of the damaged box(es), plugs, and each damaged tray to NCorders@bonnieplants.com. Please include a summary of the damage reporting the percentage of unusable plugs. Our Customer Service Representatives will follow up as soon as possible.

Product Quality Claims
Email pictures of plants, tray labels, and overall trays and a summary of your concern(s) to NCorders@bonnieplants.com. Our Customer Service Representatives will follow up as soon as possible.

Transplanting Damaged Plugs
Many plants will remain transplantable even when boxes and trays are damaged: A) Please remove the trays from the boxes; B) Place in a shady area with space between trays to maximize air flow; C) Allow the soil to dry lightly before irrigating; D) allow several days for the plants to recover before transplanting.
